Shipper/Checker/Loader – 2 nd shift openings (2:45pm to 11pm)
Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, an ability to work in a fast paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and the ability to operate complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.
What You Need To Succeed
Responsible for operating Electric Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, Stand-up Reach Trucks, and/or Sit-down Swing Reach Trucks.
Complete a daily checklist on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) before the start of the shift.
Ensure all safety equipment and devices are in place and working properly.
Safe operation of the MHE within the plant to prevent damage or personal injury.
Responsible for unloading inbounds, warehousing materials, supplying production lines and loading outbound shipments.
Checking the trailers to make sure they are safe to use.
Ensuring materials are properly unitized and marked.
Accurately checking the quantity and description of the materials handled.
Loading various size pallets to maximize trailer cube while minimizing in transit damage.
Able to learn and use KIWI software and RF Scanners
Completing paperwork associated with the movement of materials in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintaining accurate inventory of all materials and completing daily cycle counts.
Assisting other areas as need to maintain a team approach.
May assist as a back up to the Warehouse Clerk when necessary
Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Overtime is required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Manage the design, fabrication, an ongoing support of high pressure die cast tooling utilizing the best possible engineering standards and practices to function efficiently and achieve process-reliable conditions in automated High–pressure Die Casting process.

Responsible for supporting die designs, including replacement dies and new model dies.
Lead cross functional APQP Team at the development stage as well as the full product life cycle to implement designs that will work in the manufacturing plan adopted by all stakeholders. Tooling should be supported as needed to achieve all operating targets.
Participate in the development and implementation of improvement plans that target cycle time reductions, scrap reduction, & down time reduction.
Provide technical support to sales for presentations to customers for potential new business.

Associate’s degree in Engineering Sciences, Tool & Die or equivalent experience - minimum.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Sciences, or equivalent experience - preferred.

Ensure the quality of the product. Method of operation also requires periodic cross-training & movement from simple assembly to machine operation. Recordkeeping, manually or by data entry, daily production reports, process checklists, timekeeping, scrap & reject results or machine time.
