Position Summary and Responsibilities
Overall purpose of this job is to assist the SMT operators and Process Engineers with the operation
of equipment. In additional aid with programming and verification of new SMT programs.
• Verify SMT programming
• Debugging machines on line
• Review of past run data for future run improvement
• Thermal profiling
• Must have knowledge of the SMT process and how each of the different areas affect the overall
quality of the assembly.
• Proficient with Excel. Knowledge how to use capliers
• Strong communication
Due to classified work at the facility and related access restrictions, successful applicants must
maintain U.S. Citizenship to allow the person to hold a U.S. Government security clearance.
