Be responsible for selling company products and services through resellers/ channels in assigned territory. Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/ channel support. Create conveyor system project proposals based on reseller bid documents. Provide technical support on products and applications to resellers. Manage small projects through ordering, engineering, production, and shipment. Assist resellers with field issues with assistance from managers & team members. Provide post-sale support including maintenance information, warranty, and replacement parts sales. Have an Associates degree - preferred but not required. Have extensive experience in sales/engineering - required. Are able to learn and build expertise on technical specifications. Limited Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on assistance from managers and team members to plan and accomplish goals. Have a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. This job description will be reviewed periodically as duties and responsibilities change with business necessity. Essential and marginal job functions are subject to modification. As an Equipment Sales Representative I, you will be charged with ensuring that customers receive a world class experience. You’ll serve as an advocate to our team members for project related questions, and always search for new ways to help and serve. You will provide support to customers and manage multiple projects at once, which may include working up proposals, project execution of milestones, and releasing of manufacturing orders.
