Position Summary and Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for Quality assurance in manufacturing.

Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and
reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and
customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements;
implementing change

-You will develop, implement and maintain standards to meet company and customer expectations

-Prioritize schedules based on product introduction and customer needs.

-Participates in the review of customer designs to contribute quality assurance requirements and
considerations.

-Assist product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.

-Assist with and improve product quality by participating in product, company, system, compliance,
and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of
management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.

-Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and
re-validations.

Qualifications

BS in Business Management or Engineering

Minimum of 8-10 years experience in QA, SMT and Microelectronics manufacturing Must have the
ability to obtain a security clearance

Must be hands on and have excellent communication skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills


This position will regularly work in excess of 40 hours weekly.  Ability to work weekends and
evenings when needed for workload is also required.

Citizenship Requirements

Due to classified work at the facility and related access restrictions, successful applicants must
maintain U.S. Citizenship to allow the person to hold a U.S. Government security clearance.
