Position Summary and Responsibilities

Summary: This position will derive clear to build dates and develop a manufacturing plan by program
that supports customer needs using an MRP system.

Key Functions of Job:

•     Working in MRP to ensure customer demand is supported

•     Plans, schedules and monitors movement of materials through the production process

•     Working clear to build, releasing orders and reporting information to Operations/Program
Management

•     Monitors WIP, prioritizing and help expedite

•     Initiates and maintains effective, professional relationships with suppliers

•     Implements supply cost and inventory control methods to control cost, improve cash flow, and
optimize operational efficiency

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•     Must have excellent problem solving skills

•     Must have strong analytical and reasoning skills

•     Must be able to handle multiple priorities at one time

•     Must have basic to intermediate computer skills; must be able to log in and out, move product
within the facility, and be able to use MAPICS XA software and Microsoft Office applications

•     Must be able to sit for long periods of time


•     Must be able to work overtime as needed; this position works in excess of 40 hours a week
regularly, including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

Educations & Qualifications:

•     Experience in a contract manufacturing company in the PCB industry

•     High School, Bachelors Degree  preferred,  plus 2 years of experience

•     Must be a U.S. Citizen

Certificates, Licenses, & Registrations:

•     Must be able to obtain a security clearance if necessary

•     APICS certification preferred

Citizenship Requirements

Due to classified work at the facility and related access restrictions, successful applicants must
maintain U.S. Citizenship to allow the person to hold a U.S. Government security clearance.
