Part of Multimatic’s Structures & Suspension group, Multimatic Tennessee has been producing a range of automotive structural components, including instrument panel (IP) beams and rocker panel braces, since 2016.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES          

  • Works with various types of electrical controls, controllers, plant power and circuits.
  • Assist technical services in machine repair, change over, set up and operation as required.
  • Performs all preventative maintenance requirements as scheduled.
  • Have abilities to assemble and disassemble tooling, gauges.
  • Other duties may include, but not limited to, electrical, ventilation, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, welding etc.
  • Ability to schedule time, materials and equipment require to perform tasks, and to properly use and complete required forms.
  • Establish and maintain a positive service oriented atmosphere and timely repair of production equipment.
  • Perform productivity, safety and process improvement opportunities as applicable.
  • Be flexible, capable and willing to provide assistance to tasks as Maintenance Manager deems necessary.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma and 3 years’ experience preferred.  
  • Knowledge of Robotic systems and Welders. Yaskawa Robotic experience a plus.
  • PLC Alan Bradley Software knowledge
