Persevere has trained more than 1400 justice-impacted individuals to become full stack web developers and then helped them find gainful employment. Not only are we reducing recidivism, we are creating a stronger workforce, safer communities and reuniting families–all while breaking generational cycles.
And it is working! We are in 6 states and growing. Because everyone deserves a fair chance to thrive.
